We aim to deliver the simplest way to produce an Airtightness Certificate for new build properties seeking a completion certificate.
Every new build property is required to produce this under Part L of building regulations.​We use the parameters of your building from house plans and cross sections.
We then use Retrotec blower door technology to calculate the air permeability of your property which can then be sent to building control as part of the completion certificate.
