About Us

# We started the business due to the lack of testers within the surrounding area of Berwick-upon-Tweed, with a view to work closely with the self build and commercial markets. Having completed our own self-build, we felt there was a gap in the market for a local tester at a fair rate.

#We have a background in the renewables market, including solar installation at domestic and commercial levels. We also have built our own property and understand the urgency to comply with certain building regulations to achieve a completion certificate. It will also help us analyse any potential problems that may have been missed by the client pre and post testing.

#I was born in Berwick-upon-Tweed and have lived here my entire life, now residing at Castle Hills Farm. The view is to work with self build and commerical builders on their projects and help out wherever possible.

#I am a qualified Level 1 Blower Door Tester through the Elmhurst Airtgihtness Scheme (EAS). Details can be found on their website. My tester number is 1172. This allows us to test buildings up to 4000m3.
